Once arriving at Amerigo Vespucci Airport or Firenze Santa Maria Novella our private shuttle will pick you up and transport you to your luxury hotel. The property is surrounded by five splendid hectares of nature and private gardens immersed in the rolling hills of Fiesole, just ten minutes from central Florence.
Upon arrival you’ll be greeted by our staff with a welcome refreshment before you begin the afternoon settling-in.
In the evening you’ll enjoy Michelin-starred cuisine within an exclusive location that includes a spectacular view of the Arno and Ponte Vecchio, with the Palazzo della Signoria tower in the background. The gastronomic experience offered by this restaurant is something that often exceeds all expectations and is regarded as one of the best restaurants in the city.
The environment in which you will find yourself entering brings to mind the sober and linear luxury of certain art galleries, except that here, instead of paintings and sculptures, are dishes that must be admired. The predominant colors of the room are very light: the white tablecloths and boiseries, the honey shades of the parquet and the dove-grey upholstered chairs. From the large windows overlooking river, the light pours in while, in the evening, the windows themselves are like frames that enclose the image of Florence at night.
Time to begin soaking in the regions rich history and culture, beginning with the region’s capital, Florence. You’ll begin the day with our expert local guide who will host you on a private tour of the city’s well-known and best kept secrets. Along the way you’ll enjoy delicious and authentic Tuscan cuisine. From the city’s famed indoor food market to hidden ateliers in the backstreets, you will learn to live like a local Florentine, escaping the well-trodden tourist traps in favor of authentic Tuscan flavors and experiences.
In the evening you and other guest will enjoy dinner at your luxury hotel, focused on authentic Italian tradition, serving a menu that blends simplicity and refinement, using herbs, vegetables from an organic garden and a curated selection of local ingredients. The setting for this gastronomic experience is the unparalleled view of Florence and its monuments, which guests can enjoy from the panoramic terrace.
Beginning with an early start, shortly after breakfast and a initial briefing, you will be introduced to the supercar fleet that you will command over the coming days. Leaving Florence, you will spend the day tracing the backroads to the south-east of the city until we reach the historic city of Arezzo. Upon arrival, we’ll begin our introduction to the world of Italian truffles, in particular to the species that grow in Tuscany. Our adventure will include a hike in wild accompanied by a skilled truffle guide and his trained dog. The truffle hunter will show you how to search for truffles, their techniques and secrets, with the chance to try to conduct the truffle dog. We’ll complete the experience with a food tasting or a truffle-based lunch.
In the early afternoon, we will arrive at your second luxury accommodation, a twelfth-century estate in the hills, with world-class dining, holistic wellness overlooking acres of rolling Tuscan hills. You’ll find that our staff has made all your baggage transfers and your rooms are ready for you to enjoy.
In the evening you’ll pilot the fleet to your second Michelin-star dining experience and watch the Tuscan sunset. The dining location is located in the heart of Chianti Classico, nestled between prestigious vineyards in an area celebrated for fine wine and Tuscan culinary traditions, highlighting the territory’s rich history and passion for Tuscan flavors.
After an early morning breakfast we’ll temporarily leave our our Chianti estate and pilot the supercar fleet south, in the direction Siena. We’ll arrive at yet another historic vineyard where you’ll explore centuries old castle grounds, sample their most exclusive wines and enjoy lunch in the castles private dining room. Shortly after lunch, we’ll drive into the City of Siena where you’ll self-tour the city before heading back to your luxury stay in Chianti.
In the evening, you’ll dine al-fresco, taking in the Tuscan sunset.
Today we will begin with a drive to the north-west of Tuscany, arriving at a world-renewed wine producer for a private tour. The winery sits across 50,000 square-meters with architecture intended to create an invisible building, integrated into the rolling hills. It seamlessly blends into the stunning landscape, surrounded by an abundance of oak trees and olive groves, with its roof covered in vineyards, where you’ll have an opportunity to pick and savor grapes right off their centuries old vines.
After, you’ll pilot your supercar to San Gimignano where you’ll have the chance to explore solo, before piloting back to your luxury hotel to refresh before dinner.
In the early evening, you’ll pilot across the backroads until we reach our dinner location located in the open Tuscan countryside between the hills of Certaldo and Fiano where from the Romantic Summer Panoramic Terrace you can admire the vineyards, olive groves and an exciting sunset while enjoying classic Tuscan delicacies.
The last, but certainly not the least of our tour. Today we’ll vist one of the most famed and beautiful vineyards in all of Italy where we’ll have an exlusive wine-tasting before traveling to Val D’ Orcia for a luxurious picnic lunch. In the evening, we’ll share stories and memories of our adventures during your third Michelin-star dining experience under the Tuscan sky.
